Daisalux's keenness to continually improve the quality of its products has led it to set up its own quality assurance system in 1998. This system is certified by the ISO 9001 standard for the design and production of autonomous emergency appliances as well as centralised d/c feed supplies.
According to the model, Daisalux holds the following certificates:
- N and ENEC awarded by AENOR.
- NF awarded by AFNOR (France).
- GOST (Russia).
Field tests are carried out in accredited laboratories such as LCOE, LGAI, LABEIN, LOM, LCIE, AT4 wireless ...
Daisalux's contribution toward innovation and design have been recognised by various organisations:
- First Prize for the most Innovative Company in Alava, awarded by the Provincial Council for Alava, in collaboration with Innoval (1994).
- Prize winner at the III annual AEPD Design Awards, organised by the Spanish Association of Professional Designers (1995).
- Selected to represent Spain at the European Design Awards (1996).
- Finalist in the prestigious Delta Awards competition (Argos serie).
- European Prize for the Environment, Basque section, awarded by the environment department of the Basque Government and IHOBE public environmental management (2002).
- European Prize for the Environment, Spanish section, to the environmental innovation of products, awarded by ENTORNO Foundation (2002).
- Finalist in the IV edition of EMPRESA DIGITALA awards, to the implementation of information technologies (2005).
- Recognition of GAIA association, for the collaboration and dissemination of content and results of the MEDIATIC project (2007).
