Daisalux has a permanent showroom in Mexico City that can be visited all year round. In addition to this space, new events for architects and engineers are regularly planned in the most influential Latin American countries.
In fact, last December, several events took place in Mexico. Two cities hosted these initiatives, Guadalajara and Mexico City.
The first event took place in Mexico City, where a breakfast meeting was held with specific parties who showed their interest in Daisalux emergency luminaires. The place chosen to host the event was the Hacienda de Los Morales, a welcoming space very close to where the showroom is located.
The second event was in Guadalajara, where a working lunch was held. Daisalux, together with other manufacturers from the Basque Country, organised a large exhibition space where numerous architects and designers were able to see the company's latest products. After lunch, the manufacturers' presentations were followed by a debate to resolve any possible questions that attendees may have had.
A few days later, attendees were invited to listen to a speech by Montserrat Pueblita, Resource Centre Director of the global architecture firm Gensler, entitled "Leading through change". Once the talk was over, a cocktail party followed, providing the perfect opportunity for an exchange of opinions among the attendees. The event was held at the famous CAD Mexico Design Centre building in the Polanco neighbourhood.
Latin American countries have been very receptive to such events and we are very happy to continue organising them. The traction created is very positive and the country's architects, engineers and prescribers really welcome it.
